Aaron M. Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal and traffic defense, mass tort, medical malpractice, personal injury, premise liability, customs and trade disputes, employment discrimination and commercial matters. His litigation experience has yielded multi million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients in the areas of both personal liability and product liability. Through the years Mr. Cohen has been appointed special conflict counsel for criminal defendant in Palm Beach County, Florida and represented clients in all three states.
Mr. Cohen is admitted to the practice of law in Florida, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia and in multiple Federal jurisdictions. He is Board Chairman of Riverwood Youth Opportunities, a Florida Not For Profit Corporation that assists The State of Florida and The United States Department of Agriculture monitor the USDA Food Program for schools. Mr. Cohen maintains active participation in The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Broward County Bar Association, The Palm Beach Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association and The Florida Trial Lawyers Association, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Florida Association of Criminal Lawyers. Mr. Cohen is also admitted to the United States Court of International Trade.
